In 1993, Mark started working as an Assistant District Attorney for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. He was part in every stage of the prosecution of crimes in Brooklyn, including the investigation, indictment, and trial of all crimes, including homicides, robberies, narcotics offenses, and DWIs. In order to form Talkin & Muccigrosso, LLP, the forerunner of Talkin Muccigrosso & Roberts, LLP, Mark partnered with Sam Talkin in 1997. In both civil and criminal cases in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey, Mark is actively involved in all facets of the firm’s work. All five boroughs of New York City, Westchester, and Long Island, as well as numerous counties and towns in New Jersey, are all visited by Mark during the course of his practice.
